Right of withdrawal

At Liljelunden, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase from us. That's why we offer a 14-day full right of withdrawal if you want to return your purchase for any reason.
Here are some guidelines for our return policy:

1. Return period:

• You have 14 days from receipt of your item to notify us that you wish to return it. After you have communicated your wish to return and we have accepted, you have 14 days to send us the item. The item must be sent directly to:

2. Notification of return:

• To return an item, please send us an email with the order number and reason to info@liljelunden.dk.

3. Return conditions:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, and be securely wrapped before shipping.
• You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.
• Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

4. Costs for returns:

• Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of returns.
  You as the buyer are therefore responsible for the costs of returning the item.

5. Refund procedure:

• Once we have received the returned item and verified its condition, we will process your refund within 14 working days from the date we received notification of your decision.
• We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

6. Refund method:

• The refund will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exceptions:

• There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing goods that have been manufactured to the customer's specifications or that have been given a distinct personal touch.
