Trading conditions

Prices
At Liljelunden, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.

Payment
Liljelunden accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and including VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out and discontinued items.

Delivery
We ship to all of Denmark, shipping price is DKK 19.
Your items are shipped with Dao.
You get free delivery in Denmark with purchases for a minimum of DKK 99, delivery is to the nearest delivery point or home delivery.

Goods are sent and delivered every day of the week.
As our products are cast continuously, your goods will be dispatched 3-5 days after the order.

Pickup
If you choose to collect at our address in Haslev, you can collect as soon as you have received confirmation of the order. This is of course quite free.
The collection address is: Bråbyvej 57, 4690 Haslev - between 9am and 5pm .

Right of complaint
When purchasing goods, a 24-month right of complaint is of course granted, in accordance with the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Damage to the product as a result of incorrect handling on the part of the customer as well as normal wear and tear is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to Liljelunden within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, but if you complain within two months of discovering the error, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified.

Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal
At Liljelunden, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase from us. That's why we offer a 14-day full right of withdrawal if you want to return your purchase for any reason.
Here are some guidelines for our return policy:

1. Return period:

• You have 14 days from receipt of your item to notify us that you wish to return it. After you have communicated your wish to return and we have accepted, you have 14 days to send us the item. The item must be sent directly to:

2. Notification of return:

• To return an item, please send us an email with the order number and reason to info@liljelunden.dk.

3. Return conditions:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, and be securely wrapped before shipping.
• You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.
• Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

4. Costs for returns:

• Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of returns.
  You as the buyer are therefore responsible for the costs of returning the item.

5. Refund procedure:

• Once we have received the returned item and verified its condition, we will process your refund within 14 working days from the date we received notification of your decision.
• We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

6. Refund method:

• The refund will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exceptions:

• There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing goods that have been manufactured to the customer's specifications or that have been given a distinct personal touch.
